CJSC "InterBusinessCenter" is a major shareholder of the IBC Business Center. The new complex is located in the business district of Minsk and includes:

• Heated underground garage for 25 spaces
• Car wash
• Guarded open parking for 60 cars
• Autonomous gas boiler

The business center handles all technical maintenance of the premises located on the complex's territory.

Green Park Conference & Spa Hotel

The Green Park Hotel is a modern countryside hotel nestled in a pine forest, located 25 kilometers from Minsk and just 7 kilometers from the National Airport. This location makes the hotel complex both a secluded retreat for peaceful relaxation and a convenient hub for transit passengers, road travelers, and business guests. The tranquility and natural surroundings create an atmosphere of countryside comfort, while proximity to major transport routes ensures easy access to the capital and nearby attractions.

IT-cluster, center of innovative developments

Pinewood LLC is a member of the IBC Group (cluster), which is a group of geographically adjacent interconnected companies and related organisations operating in the field of creating promising commercial projects, characterised by commonality of activities and complementary to each other.

Pinewood LLC is a specialised company that focuses on services for partners who intend to develop their business in the area of rapidly developing National Airport "Minsk", Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park "Great Stone", in other promising areas of Minsk region.

We provide investment management services, primarily in the hospitality industry, as well as organising management systems in other areas of activity based on modern IT solutions, ecosystems and marketplaces, implementation of financial technologies, supply control systems and other in-demand modern management systems. IBC Group includes a number of partner companies that are ready to mobilise their resources to implement promising projects. In order for the group to be successful, it is necessary to create comfortable conditions, i.e. to provide quality office space with reliable technological infrastructure. One of the options is to create a centre for innovative developments on the basis of an administrative and office business centre located in the new business quarter of Minsk at 95 R. Luxemburg Street. This business centre is currently owned by one of the partners, who came to the understanding that it is time to reformat the business.

The creation of a cluster in the framework of a joint partnership is a modern trend for promising developments. It is crucial for Belarus to create effective mechanisms for innovative development. Modern development mechanisms include network associations of enterprises or clusters, which are classically defined as "a group of geographically adjacent interrelated companies and related organisations operating in a particular field, characterised by commonality of activities and complementary to each other".

IT ecosystem and its own IT cluster, co-working and hub - closely related to new technologies, startups and investments. Minsk has a good resource of software developers and their high purchasing power. IT companies, as well as investors, are interested in attracting talented developers to the industry. This can be done by creating comfortable working conditions for their employees. IT companies do not initiate their own infrastructure projects, they usually rely on modern IT clusters, external investors, as well as on the support of state authorities.

Therefore, we are interested in attracting external financing for the construction of a new IT cluster in the new business quarter of Minsk, which will significantly contribute to the development of the IT infrastructure. Our main goal is to improve the business environment and attract more investments and customers to Minsk and Belarus. IBC Group's IT cluster should become a new complex for IT specialists and a community of people with common interests.

Establishment of a production and logistics centre

We are currently involved in a project to create a production and logistics centre (PLC) on the basis of a production module located in Borisov, Minsk region. The PLC is created in order to expand the production and logistics capabilities of the enterprises of the partners Interbusiness Centre CJSC, Pinewood LLC The PLC is being created with various functionalities, it will consist of production and storage facilities, technical blocks, administrative and commercial blocks. Another area of production activity is considered to be the manufacture of house kits for low-rise energy-efficient construction.

One of the directions of production activity is planned to be deep processing of wood, manufacture of finishing materials from wood.

Restoration of historical heritage

Restoration of old manor houses in Minsk region and creation of health, cognitive and ecological tourism centres on their basis. Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus is rich in old manor houses of the XVIIIth century, which require investments for restoration. These estates can become centres of ecological and health tourism especially for representatives of countries with hot climate, as well as for those who are interested in Belarus.
