Transformation of the IBC GROUP business centre into an IT cluster and software development hub

IBC Group business centre with a total area of 4600 sq.m. is located in the new business district of Minsk, the capital of Belarus, at 95, R. Luxemburg Street. It occupies a fenced territory of 6500 sq.m., including a car park for 70 cars and an underground garage for 26 cars.

The business centre has all the necessary infrastructure to manage IT projects, organise the development and implementation of modern IT solutions in various areas, create ecosystems, implement financial technologies and other in-demand modern management and control systems.

IBC Group has several partner companies ready to mobilise their resources to implement promising projects. For successful operation of the IT cluster and software development hub, it is necessary to create comfortable conditions, such as specialised office space with reliable technological infrastructure, offices for co-working, conference rooms for group discussions lounge areas, Skype rooms, cafes, fitness centre, a combination of private and shared work spaces, everything should be aimed at supporting different working styles

Creation of an IT cluster in the business district of Minsk is a modern trend for promising developments. It is crucial for Belarus to create effective mechanisms for innovative development. The project "Creation of IBC IT CLASTER innovation centre on the basis of IBC GROUP business centre is a multifunctional complex of digital solutions where talented developers, designers, analysts and other IT specialists gather. They come together to work on joint projects, share experience and knowledge, and create new software products and services.

We live in the era of the introduction of artificial intelligence systems in various spheres of economic and everyday life, new financial technologies, new systems of interbank and international settlements, neobanks and neofinance, i.e. fully digital banks and financial institutions without physical branches accessible to customers via the internet or mobile applications.
