One of the company's activities after the commissioning of the Green Park Hotel complex in 2017 was the creation of business ecosystems for the hospitality industry: expansion of related hotel services and integration of partner services. As the pandemic made adjustments to the hotel complex development strategy, it led to integration with services of medical institutions, introduction of recovery and rehabilitation programmes, development of medical tourism, organisation of recreation in nature with all amenities and quality service. All that is now commonly called by the fashionable word glamping or glamorous camping.
After the start of the pandemic in 2020, the imposition of restrictions, drastic reduction in air traffic, and the closure of land borders, the company began to explore new areas of activity, including transport logistics, organising the production of certain types of products, participating in exchange activities, international trade in basic commodities, and implementing investment projects and startups.
One of the first successful projects was the creation of an integrated management system for the Green Park Hotel complex in 2017: from conceptual design to implementation, maintenance and development of the system. The result is the Technical Description of the construction and management system for hotel complex employees, students and those who are interested in the principles of organising the work and management of hospitality facilities in detail. We provide information support services to the hospitality industry, including preparation of presentation materials, web-design, SEO, SMM, placement of information about hospitality facilities in GDS/ADS/OTA.
We are working on the creation of an IT cluster in a new growing business quarter of Minsk on the basis of the IBC Business Centre, which is also one of the successful projects of IBC Group, where the group's head office is located. The project includes the creation of an innovation development centre on its basis, development of fintech applications and services, development of innovative platforms for medical applications, creation and deployment of a server centre for virtual machines 24/7.
