Lyudmila Nichivayuk possesses extensive academic, political, and practical experience across various fields, including the hospitality industry and international wholesale trade, with a focus on developing strategies for the multiprofile companies Agorabel LLC and Pinewood LLC within the IBC Group.

Lyudmila Nichivayuk holds specialized education in trade and management: 1971–1974 - Minsk State Trade and Economics College, 1974–1979 - Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU),1993–1995 - Academy of Public Administration under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

From 1990 to 1995, she worked in the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus, contributing to the preparation of market-oriented laws in the areas of trade, consumer markets, and services, as well as other legislative acts to facilitate Belarus's transition to a new market economy.

In 1995, she founded the private company Agorabel LLC - a multiprofile enterprise - and began collaborating with French partners, later expanding cooperation with the Belarusian company Pinewood LLC within the IBC Group. Over 30 years of successful operations, Agorabel LLC has completed a number of successful projects in the consumer market and services sector, including the import of medical drugs and equipment, as well as the construction of residential and commercial real estate - notably the Green Park Hotel complex and the IBC Group business center in Minsk, among others.

The primary areas of activity for Agorabel LLC include: design and construction of real estate properties; management of commercial real estate - Green Park Hotel and the IBC Group business center in Minsk; operation of the Green Park Hotel, including its SPA complex and medical center; and international wholesale and retail trade.

Lyudmila Nichivayuk involves Pinewood LLC in the preparation of conceptual projects within the IBC Group companies, leveraging their shared experience in engineering works and international wholesale trade. For example, supplying machinery and equipment from leading global manufacturers of heavy industrial equipment for demolishing old buildings and preparing new construction sites for potential clients in the CIS, EAEU, and Central Asia remains highly relevant today.
