Vladimir Novik is an experienced financial specialist with academic, political, and corporate background in international finance, investments, and business development. He maintains an extensive network of banking, financial, investment, and trade partners, making him a valuable collaboration partner for various projects.

Currently, Vladimir Novik serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at IBC Group, where he focuses on planning, developing new projects and business models, as well as implementing and overseeing projects. IBC Group collaborates with a number of companies from Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, providing consulting services for investment projects involving structured financial transactions, along with analytical and marketing support to investors implementing investment and trade models at optimal risk levels.

Prior to joining IBC Group in 2014, he played a key role for 20 years as a Management Board member at Belarusbank - the No. 1 bank in Belarus - successfully maintaining the positions of the country's oldest and largest bank while expanding the firm's operational infrastructure to provide corporate clients with access to global capital markets.

In addition to his recent professional and academic achievements mentioned here, Dr. Novik has accumulated 25 years of experience in banking and finance, investments, corporate business, management, business process reengineering, risk management, and significant technical and functional expertise in banking IT systems.
